    Property policy

    Please read and understand these terms before you book, as they will apply to your stay. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.

    General policies

    • Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and the yard of the property.
    • Pets are not allowed.
    • Parties/events are not allowed.

    Check-in & Check-out

    • Check-in time: from 14:00 until 22:00.
    • Check-out time: until 12:00.
    • A valid unexpired government-issued identification is required upon your arrival for check-in purposes.

    Children

    A baby cot for child up to 2 years is available at no extra charge and upon request.

    Reservations & Payments

    • To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
    • The deposit must be paid within four (4) working days of the booking being submitted. Otherwise, your reservation cannot be guaranteed.
    • You can pay the deposit via bank transfer.
    • The remaining balance of your reservation should be paid in cash upon your arrival.
    • The charge and payment of your stay are made only in euro (€).

    Cancellations

    • For cancellations submitted 21 days or more from your confirmed arrival date, no fee is charged and the deposit amount is fully returned except any banking/money transfer costs.
    • For cancellations submitted less than 21 days before your confirmed arrival date, the deposit amount is not refunded.
    • In case of “no show”, your deposit will not be refunded and the room will be considered free and available for a new reservation.
    • If your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 100% of the days you have already stayed including the cancellation day and 50% of the remaining days.

    Housekeeping

    • Upon your arrival, your room is clean and is stocked with fresh linens and towels.
    • Every three (3) days, linens and towels are changed, and your room is cleaned.
    • After every departure, the rooms and the outdoor areas are disinfected.

    Damages

    In case of item loss or damage caused to the property by you during your stay, you will be charged with the corresponding compensation and must immediately inform us.
